AB. Bolts is a family-owned business supplying fasteners, hardware, industrial products, workwear and safety equipment to trade and retail customers across Melbourne.

Our team is growing, so we are looking for a reliable and motivated Retail & Trade Sales Assistant to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, keeping busy, and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving retail and trade customers at the counter

• Answering phone enquiries and processing orders

• Assisting customers with product selection

• Receiving and unpacking deliveries

• Replenishing stock and maintaining store presentation

• Picking and packing customer orders

• General warehouse and store duties

About You

• Friendly and professional attitude

• Strong customer service skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling

• Good computer skills

• Experience in hardware, industrial supplies, trade sales or retail sales highly regarded
