Store Management Trainee (Future Store Manager Track)

Locations: Westfield Southland

If you already have experience in the food & beverage industry, are not satisfied with staying in frontline roles, and want to step into management while growing into an independent store manager within a chain brand, this position is made for you.

Here, you will systematically learn and master:

  • Store operations and standard compliance
  • Sales, cost, and profit management
  • Staff scheduling, training, and team building
  • Inventory and waste control
  • Food safety and service quality management
  • Handling customer complaints and unexpected incidents
  • Standardized operational logic of a chain brand

We hope you:

  • Have experience in the F&B industry and understand basic store operations
  • Possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Hold a valid long-term work visa
  • Are open to store rotations and transfers
  • Have a clear long-term career plan in the F&B industry
