Woods & Co Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Store Manager for a well-established fashion retailer in Epping. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy store environment where strong leadership, commercial awareness and team development are key.

What do you do?

  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Coach, develop and motivate your team through hands-on leadership and feedback.
  • Maintain high store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
  • Oversee stock management and operational efficiency.
  • Analyse sales data to make smart commercial decisions.
  • Be a visible and proactive presence on the shop floor, leading by example.

What do you need?

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion or fast-paced retail.
  • Strong sales leadership with a passion for coaching and developing people.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently report on business performance.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and act on sales opportunities.
  • Passion for product and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
