We’re proudly Aussie, growing fast, and the go-to destination for donuts, pies, coffee & shakes. And now, we’re on the lookout for a Store Manager for our Campbellfield store who’s got a passion for people, pastries, and positivity.

🍩 About the Role

This is not your average Store Manager gig. You’ll be the custard that keeps the pastry together, the glaze that keeps things shining, and the jam in the middle of our donut-shaped team.

• Around 35 hours per week on the floor with your crew (plus 3 hours of admin fun).

• Flexible roster including weekdays & weekends – because you’ll want to know and grow with your whole team.

• A mix of hands-on retail magic and behind-the-scenes management.

• You’ll drive sales, smash KPIs (like a donut under pressure), and keep costs in check.

• Rostering, stock control, and wages management will also be part of your sprinkle mix.

🍩 What We’re Looking For

• A natural people leader who loves creating an upbeat, welcoming store vibe.

• Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced role.

• Someone who thrives on motivating a team and handling challenges with a smile.

• A customer-experience champion.

• Strong with sales and smashing KPIs – you love the buzz of results.

• Super hands-on, great at time management, and all over WHS.
