We’re on the hunt for a passionate, customer-obsessed Store Manager to help lead and energise our team at our Glen Waverly store.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.
• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
• Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising.
• Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
• Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy in-store and locally.
