Job Description

Placed.au is looking for a full-time Store Manager for our client in Huntingdale, Victoria. This role oversees the daily operations of a busy pizza shop, ensuring efficient store management, strong customer service, effective staff supervision, and consistent business performance. Job Description

-Determine product mix and maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimise waste. -Monitor and manage food and beverage supplies, equipment, and stock rotation practices. -Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions.

-Formulate and implement effective pricing, purchasing, and marketing policies. -Promote the store’s menu offerings through in-store marketing, local advertising, and digital promotions. -Upsell products and advise customers on menu items, combos, and customization options.

-Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times. -Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction. -Undertake budgeting and cost control for the establishment.

-Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve profitability targets. -Recruit, train, schedule, roster, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment. -Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support staff development.

-Ensure the business complies with occupational health and safety regulations and food safety standards. -Conduct regular checks to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safe work practices. Qualifications / Attributes

-Must hold a Diploma or higher qualification, or at least three (3) years of relevant work experience may substitute for the formal qualification listed above. -Must possess at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in retail or hospitality management. -Strong leadership and team management skills.

-Excellent communication and customer service abilities. -Experience managing inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships. -Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and business performance management.

-Ability to maintain compliance with food safety and workplace safety regulations. Salary Range $75,000 – $90,000 per annum excluding superannuation.
