About the role:

Kelly Felder is a premium women's fashion brand with a strong design-led identity and ambitious international expansion plans. As part of our Australian growth, we are seeking an accomplished Retail Store Manager who can also represent the brand as a Brand Influencer and Ambassador for its first store in Australia in Glen Waverley, VIC 3150.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store management and sales.

• Manage all aspects of store operations and performance.

• Drive sales, conversions, ATV and KPI achievement.

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team.

• Deliver premium customer experience aligned to brand standards.

• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.

• Brand Influencer and content creation

• Represent Kelly Felder as the on-floor and online brand face.

• Promote new collections, launches and styling ideas.

• Support in-store events, styling sessions and customer activations.
