An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of a gorgeous store in Southland.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's day-to-day operations, leading your team to achieve sales targets, and creating a welcoming, inspiring shopping environment that reflects the brand's aesthetic and values.
You will play a key role in the store launch, including team recruitment, store set-up, visual merchandising execution, and establishing strong local customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver outstanding customer service
Drive sales performance and achieve store targets and KPIs
Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong store culture
Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, and reporting
Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve results
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS standards
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Passion for women's fashion, lifestyle, and customer experience
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
