At James Lane we help customers build homes they'll love. We're looking for a passionate Store Manager to inspire our brand new James Lane Dandenong team and drive store success every day!
This role offers an on-target earnings (OTE) package of up to $120,000, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Drive Success: Ensure your store exceeds KPIs and sets the standard for excellence

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations, inventory, and policies efficiently

• Grow & Develop: Train and develop your team, fostering a high-performing store culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in retail

• Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset

• Team player, flexible, and hands-on (able to lift up to 20kg)

• Experience in furniture, homewares, or related retail
