Your Role as a Secrets Store Manager:

• Lead & Inspire – Coach and elevate your team to success.

• Own the Results – Drive sales and performance with strategic planning.

• Deliver Luxury – Create unforgettable experiences for every customer.

• Grow Your Business – Build a loyal client base and run your store like it's your own.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets!).

• A track record of team development and business growth.

• Experience managing teams of 2-5 people is required.

• A passion for premium customer service.

• Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.

• High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.

• Bonus: Tertiary education and retail operations experience.
