About the role

As the Store Manager for HANARO MART', you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Westfield Knox,VIC. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service, and a passion for the retail industry.

Conversational Korean or other Asian language skills are required for effective communication with our diverse customer base.

Location : Westfield Knox, Shop 1065/425 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South VIC 315

What you'll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of retail associates to provide excellent customer service

• Minimum 5-10 people team management experience required

• Retail team management experience is specifically required for managing our store operations.

• 1 year of retail management experience is required for this position

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control

• Ensure that the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Analyse store performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints

• Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company objectives
