About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will:

• Guide customers through an exceptional vehicle purchasing journey

• Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Kia range

• Deliver a premium, customer-first experience from enquiry to delivery

No automotive experience? No problem. If you bring the right attitude, energy and work ethic — we’ll teach you the rest.

About You

You are:

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Results-driven and motivated by achieving (and exceeding) targets

• Professional, well-presented and reliable

• Customer-focused with a genuine desire to help people

• Computer literate with strong attention to detail

• Available to work Saturdays (automotive retail trading hours apply)

• Holder of a current Victorian driver’s licence

Retail, hospitality or sales experience will be highly regarded.
