AusWide Homes is a fast-growing residential building company seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our team at our Donnybrook display home. This role suits a self-starter with a strong volume-builder background who can both convert walk-ins and proactively generate their own sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage walk-ins and self-generated leads

  • Proactively generate new business through cold calling and outbound prospecting

  • Utilise active personal client database, referral networks, and agent contacts to generate ongoing sales

  • Guide clients through the entire sales process from enquiry to signed building contract

  • Present home designs, inclusions, upgrades, pricing, and build processes confidently

  • Qualify clients, site status, budgets, timelines, and finance readiness

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

  • Liaise with drafting, estimating, admin, and construction teams for smooth handovers

  • Always represent the brand professionally

  • Weekend availability

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in new home sales

  • Previous experience with volume builders (mandatory)

  • Strong understanding of Australian residential building terminology

  • Proven ability to cold call and self-generate leads

  • Existing personal database / referral network capable of generating sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • English essential; Hindi and/or Punjabi highly desirable

  • Strong closing ability and target-achiever mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
