A growing Australian cleaning services company is seeking an experienced and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join its team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Position Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the company's sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence and support long-term business objectives.

Task & responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial and institutional markets.
- Establish sales targets, budgets and performance measures.
- Lead business development activities, including client presentations, proposals, quotations and contract negotiations.
- Manage tender submissions and procurement opportunities.
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives and digital marketing activities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance and prepare management reports and forecasts.
- Manage sales and marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Lead, mentor and develop sales and marketing team members.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure commercial activities align with service delivery capabilities.
Qualification & experience
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- At least five years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development or commercial management.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing commercial contracts, tenders and negotiations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
