Leading European owned company that supplies workshop equipment, installation, and service to the automotive industry are seeking a Sales Rep/Relationship Manager to join their growing team.  This role is varied and will require you to focus on new business and maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
  
Key responsibilities in the role include: 

• Communication with customers about service needs and convert queries to sales
• Manage client accounts, follow up quotes
• Follow up on installations
• Completing quotations, proposals, service contracts and reports
• Adhoc Duties

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Sales/Account Manager role
• Good communication skills and phone manners
• Ability to work without supervision
• Excellent people skills, with a focus on customer service
• Good business sense and a professional manner
• Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Is efficient and organized, with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Technical aptitude
• Travel around Melbourne is required.
