We are based in beautiful Kinglake, Victoria.
What You'll Do
Sales administration including data entry, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including business owners, project managers, and estimating teams.
Coordinate sales process for select clients from initial enquiry and quotation through to order fulfilment and timely product supply.
Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as a trusted point of contact for customer enquiries.
Coordinate high-volume orders while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and successful project outcomes.
Support the sales team in achieving business growth objectives and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment focused on delivering outstanding results.
A positive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service, Internal Sales, or similar role.
Advanced data entry skills and advantage, ability to enter sales orders and quotes accurately and efficiently.
Exceptional organisational skills with a strong attention to detail, delivering work with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain customer trust.
Experience managing multiple priorities and high-volume customer interactions.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
A mature attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving results.
Experience within horticulture, landscaping, construction, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
