The role
Benetas is seeking a compassionate and commercially minded Sales and Customer Relationship Consultant to support prospective residents and their families through the residential aged care enquiry-to-admission journey.
This field-based role will see you build trusted relationships, guide families through sensitive decisions, manage enquiries and waitlists, and work closely with Residential Managers, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing teams to support admissions, occupancy and customer experience outcomes.
- Manage the enquiry-to-admission process for prospective residents and families.
- Provide clear information about residential aged care options, fees, documentation and admission requirements.
- Build relationships with families, referrers, community partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, waitlists, quotes and admission progress.
- Support occupancy outcomes while delivering a respectful, person-centred customer experience.
Travel is required to our residential homes in Victoria, and Industry events.
About you
- Experience in consultative sales, customer service or relationship management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Empathy, emotional intelligence and confidence navigating sensitive conversations.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach.
- Car and drivers licence for frequent travel within Victoria to Benetas Residential homes and Industry Events
Experience in aged care, health, hospital discharge or placement services would be highly regarded but is not essential.
