About the role

Flint Group Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Chemistry Graduate to join our dynamic team in Dandenong South, Victoria. What you'll be doing

• Conducting laboratory analysis and testing to support product development and quality assurance

• Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and find innovative solutions

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry advancements

What we're looking for

• Recent graduate with a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with colleagues

• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and data analysis software

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and a passion for the field of chemistry

• Working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

• Experience using Word and Excel a must.

• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required for this position
