Your Role as a Cabinet Maker
Your responsibilities in the role will encompass:

• Reading drawings and cutting lists
• Producing high quality joinery according to demands
• Cutting, assembling and setting up of cabinets
• Setting up and maintaining machinery and hand tools
• Installation of hardware
• Use of workshop machinery such as the edgebander and panel saw
• Liaise with Production Manager to ensure the accurate manufacturing of joinery
• Working with a variety of materials including veneer, laminates, solid timber etc
• Strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications for Success
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A trade qualification in Cabinet Making with a minimum five years factory / manufacturing experience.
• Have the ability to follow instructions and read detailed plans.
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have own tools and transport.
• Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
