About Us

We are a growing Australian business specialising in premium UTE trays, canopies for work and adventure vehicles. We focus on modern design, quality workmanship and professional installation, delivering high-quality builds for our customers.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager / Lead Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can lead by example, manage daily workshop operations, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, guide and supervise day-to-day workshop operations

  • Personally carry out vehicle installations, including trays, canopies and related accessories

  • Coordinate workflow and installation schedules together with the sales team

  • Ensure all jobs are completed to a high standard, on time and ready for customer handover

  • Conduct final quality checks and hand over completed vehicles to customers professionally

  • Handle day-to-day after-sales and installation-related issues

  • Assist with walk-in customers when the sales team is busy

  • Support workshop efficiency, cleanliness, organisation and safety

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Workshop Manager, Lead Installer or similar hands-on role

  • 4WD accessory installation experience highly regarded

  • Automotive 12V electrical experience highly regarded

  • Strong understanding of vehicle fitment, workshop processes and installation quality

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a practical attitude

  • A high level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • Good communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers

  • Current driver licence required
