We are seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Electrician to join our growing automotive service team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and electronic systems in a range of vehicles while delivering high‑quality workmanship and reliable service.

Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician or Auto Electrician
Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding skills
Knowledge of modern vehicle electrical and electronic systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem‑solving skills

Task & responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle electrical and electronic faults using diagnostic equipment
Install, maintain, and repair wiring systems, lighting, ignition systems, sensors, and control units
Service and repair starters, alternators, batteries, charging systems, and vehicle accessories
Interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and fault codes
Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
Maintain accurate records of work completed
Work efficiently to meet job deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Qualification & experience

Relevant trade qualification in Automotive Electrical Technology
Valid driver’s licence
Trade certification or equivalent experience recognised in Australia
Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
