We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hairdresser (ANZSCO 391111) to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver professional hairdressing services consistent with Australian industry standards.

Task & responsibilities

• Providing professional advice to clients on hair care, suitable hairstyles, and hair products
• Shampooing hair and conditioning the scalp to maintain hair health
• Cutting, trimming, and shaping hair using scissors, clippers, and razors
• Performing hair coloring, bleaching, straightening, and permanent waving treatments
• Styling hair including blow‑drying, braiding, dreadlocks, and applying hair extensions
• Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches where required
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
• Scheduling client appointments and maintaining service records
• Processing client payments and providing excellent customer service
• Cleaning, coloring, cutting, and styling wigs and hairpieces where required

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III in Hairdressing (AQF level or equivalent), OR AQF Certificate IV
• Minimum 1 years of relevant full-time work experience
• Ability to perform a full range of hairdressing services
• Strong technical skills in coloring and styling
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
