Cleaning Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and support a team of cleaners

- Provide training and development for new and existing staff

- Ensure compliance with company procedures

- Monitor consumables and replenish as required

- Maintain stock, plant, and equipment to high standards

- Uphold occupational health and safety processes

 Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience in cleaning, with extensive hands-on experience in commercial cleaning

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work with a diverse team

- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

- Proven leadership qualities

- Current driver's license and national police clearance
