We are currently seeking experienced Welders / Fabricators to join a well-established and growing business based in Melbourne’s South East, specialising in high-quality steel and stainless-steel security fencing solutions for commercial and industrial projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and wants long-term stability with overtime opportunities available.

What You’ll Be Doing

• TIG welding across stainless steel and mild steel products
• Approximately 60% TIG welding / 40% general fabrication and other welding processes
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
• Fabricating and assembling security fencing components and structures
• Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high-quality weld standards and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in TIG welding and fabrication
• Strong experience working with steel and stainless steel
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Experience within fencing, architectural metalwork, structural steel, or similar industries highly regarded
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
