About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our contractor sites across Malvern and Prahran. You will lead and support on-site cleaning teams to ensure all work is delivered to a consistently high standard — meeting KPIs, honouring contract obligations, and maintaining a safe, presentable environment for our clients, staff, and the public.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be the key point of contact for your sites, responsible for driving performance, resolving issues on the ground, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly from start to finish.

Hours:

3pm–11pm roster (Monday to Friday). This is an afternoon/evening role suited to candidates who prefer later hours

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support cleaning staff across Malvern and Prahran contractor sites

• Ensure cleaning and sanitisation services are delivered to contract specification

• Monitor and report on KPI performance and contract compliance

• Uphold WHS standards and oversee correct use of chemicals and PPE at all times

• Maintain a safe, professionally presented environment for clients, staff, and the public

• Complete site reports and documentation accurately and on time

What you'll bring

• Proven experience supervising or managing teams in a commercial cleaning environment

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in commercial cleaning is required

• Sound knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling procedures, and PPE requirements

• Advanced written English proficiency is essential for comprehensive report writing and documentation

• Reliable, organised, and a natural leader who holds themselves and their team to a high standard
