About the Role

We're seeking an experienced General Plumber to work across a variety of residential maintenance, repair, and installation projects throughout Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their workmanship, and can work independently while delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing faults and issues

• Attend residential maintenance and reactive service jobs

• Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and property managers

• Maintain accurate job notes, photos, and documentation

• Identify and report additional works where required

• Follow company procedures and safety requirements

About You

• Previous experience in plumbing maintenance and repairs

• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems

• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, organised, and proactive approach to work

• Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively

• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
