We’re a leading uPVC windows and doors manufacturer based in Dandenong South, and we’re looking for a Field Services Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on role working across metro and regional Victoria, supporting our products in the field. Your work will include glazing-only jobs, service and warranty callouts, repairs, adjustments, and the occasional installation.

Some regional travel and overnight stays are part of the role, so we’re looking for someone reliable, practical, and comfortable working independently on site.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the person we trust to get things sorted on site.

Your work will include:

• Glazing-only jobs, including replacement units, re-glazing, and adjustments
• Service and warranty callouts
• Diagnosing and fixing window and door issues
• Hardware adjustments and replacements, including locks, rollers, hinges, and handles
• Door and window alignment, operation checks, sealing, and finishing
• Occasional installation support when required
• Representing the business professionally with customers, builders, and site teams
• Travelling across Victoria, including regional trips and occasional overnight stays

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and good with their hands.

Experience with windows, doors, glazing, or installation is a bonus, but the right attitude is just as important. If you’re good with tools, willing to learn, and take pride in doing the job properly, we’d like to hear from you.

You’ll need:

• Good hands-on skills
• A reliable and positive attitude
• Confidence working on site
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication with customers, builders, and team members
• Current driver’s licence (able to drive manual), essential
• White Card, preferred
• Window, door, glazing, or installation experience, highly regarded
• uPVC experience, a bonus
