About the Role:

Marathon Tyres is looking for a dedicated, safety-focused, and reliable OTR Tyre Fitter to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting tyres across a wide range of vehicles at customer sites, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will also play an important role in building strong customer relationships by providing expert advice on fleet tyre management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit tyres to a variety of vehicles at customer sites.

• Provide expert tyre recommendations to help manage customer fleets.

• Adhere to safety standards and ensure high-quality service.

• Take part in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices.

Skills and Experience:

Essential:

• At least 2 years of experience in tyre fitting.

• Valid Driver’s Licence.

• Current Police Check (to be provided at the interview stage).

Desirable:

• MR/HR Licence.

• Forklift Licence.

• Certificate II in AUR21920 Tyre Servicing Technology (Heavy Truck).
