ABOUT THE ROLE
Earn a competitive base salary plus super plus uncapped OTE with accelerator bonuses for smashing your targets as a Novated Leasing Sales Consultant, where you’ll convert high‑intent employee enquiries into approved and funded novated leases while owning the customer journey end‑to‑end. This journey is from first contact and discovery through to credit approval and handover to Activations. This is a high-impact role in a fast‑paced, high‑volume inbound environment where your ability to build rapport, close confidently and deliver a seamless, compliant customer experience will directly drive commercial success. Perfect for someone who thrives in a target‑driven sales environment. This opportunity suits candidates with experience selling within Digital, Insurance, Finance (including mortgage or car/asset finance), Utilities or Contact Centre environments who are hungry to earn, exceed targets and be rewarded for performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Manage inbound novated leasing enquiries generated via web forms, employer programs and referrals.

  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs, vehicle preferences, budget, kilometres and salary packaging requirements.

  • Prepare, present and clearly explain compliant novated lease quotes in a customer‑friendly manner.

  • Guide customers confidently through credit approval, documentation and next steps.

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date CRM records, including activities, notes, pipeline stages and forecasting inputs.

  • Communicate proactively with customers to progress enquiries and provide regular updates throughout the sales process.

  • Own the customer journey end‑to‑end, ensuring timely follow‑up and a seamless experience.

  • Consistently achieve individual sales, conversion and service KPIs in a high‑volume inbound environment.

  • Collaborate closely with Credit, Activations, Operations and dealer partners to progress approvals through to delivery.

  • Clear, confident communicator who adapts style to suit different customers and situations.

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs, read reactions and adjust approach accordingly.

  • Highly customer‑focused, building trust and placing the customer at the centre of every interaction.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously in a high‑volume environment.

  • Demonstrates sound time management and the ability to meet commitments.

  • Resilient and solutions‑focused with the ability to problem‑solve from a customer perspective.

  • Structured and process‑oriented approach to managing enquiries, documentation and next steps.

Other

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to produce clear, well‑structured written communication and documentation. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • Experience in a sales, customer service or customer advisory role.

  • Experience engaging customers via phone and email in a professional, fast‑paced environment.

  • Ability to follow structured processes and manage multiple customer enquiries concurrently.

Other

  • Experience within fleet, novated leasing, automotive or financial services.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
