Key Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of business and individual clients across a range of industries
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and compliance engagements
- Provide taxation, business advisory, and strategic guidance to clients
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and intermediate accountants
- Manage workflow, deadlines, and client deliverables
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and trusted advice
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing client accounts
- Assist with business development and new client acquisition activities
- Contribute to the firm's strategic growth and leadership initiatives
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across client service delivery and internal processes

About You - 10+ years' experience within Public Practice Accounting
- CPA or CA qualified
- Strong client portfolio and advisory experience
- Leadership or team mentoring experience
- Strong technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Professional, confident, and solutions focused approach
