🛠 About the Role

As an Estimator, you'll be a key link between the customer and the repair process, ensuring every job runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

• 👋 Greeting and assisting customers with care and professionalism

• 📋 Preparing accurate quotes and working with insurers/work providers

• 🚗 Performing vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping & imaging

• 🧩 Coordinating parts orders for timely and cost-effective repairs

• 🤝 Delivering an excellent experience from start to finish

✅ What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive structures and repair methods

• Experience with systems such as iBodyshop, PartsCheck, or Audanet

• A solid understanding of modern motor vehicle repair processes

• Great time management, computer literacy, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• The ability to stay organised in a fast-moving workshop environment
