We are seeking an experienced AU/NZ Sales Manager (Hand Tools & Auto Repair Equipment sector and with 5+ years expereinces). Shinn Fu Australia Pty Ltd., is a global leader in auto/construction lifting equipment and tools, supplying Pro-Lift, Omega Lifting, BVA, MichaelPro tools and other trusted brands. We serve national retailers, distributors, and B2B partners worldwide.

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AU/NZ Sales Manager (Hand Tools & Auto Repair Equipment) to lead sales strategy, grow revenue, and expand distribution across traditional channels in (country/region). The role requires a proven track record of B2B sales, strong relationships with hardware, automotive, and industrial distributors, and the ability to drive growth through effective channel management.

Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute national sales strategy for tools, lifting equipment, and garage products.
*Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts (hardware chains, auto aftermarket, industrial supply).
*Identify new business opportunities in the B2B traditional channel.
*Achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets.
* Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contracts.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
*Provide regular reporting to regional/global leadership.

Qualifications
* 8+уo B2B sales experience in tools, equipment, or industrial products.
*Strong network with hardware chains, auto aftermarket distributors, and wholesalers.

*Proven success in national or regional account management.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, fluent in English.
The candidate needs to have "existing buyer relationships preferably and connections with potential business channels in the related markets."
