Goldilocks HomeHelp is a high-end residential cleaning company known for our attention to detail, reliability, and exceptional client care. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and dependable Cleaning Assistant / Team Driver to support our cleaning teams in delivering outstanding results.

About the Role

This is a hands-on support role working alongside a team of professional cleaners in clients’ homes. You will assist with cleaning tasks while also taking responsibility for transporting team members safely between jobs throughout the day.

You will play an important role in supporting the team, maintaining workflow, and helping ensure every home meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive team members between scheduled client homes in a safe and timely manner

• Assist with domestic cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising

• Carry and transport a small kit of cleaning equipment between jobs

• Support team members to ensure all work is completed to a high standard

• Follow detailed client instructions and company procedures

• Help maintain a positive, efficient, and team-focused work environment

• Handle client homes and belongings with care and professionalism

• Uphold company presentation, safety, and quality standards at all times

About You

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Holds a valid driver’s licence and has a reliable vehicle

• Comfortable working in a team environment

• Takes pride in delivering high-quality work

• Has strong attention to detail

• Positive attitude and willingness to assist others

• Able to follow direction and contribute to a smooth team workflow

• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

• Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (flexible days to suit your availability)

• Approximately 8:30am – 3:30pm

• Work as little as a few days per week or more, depending on your preference

• Optional occasional weekend work available
