About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Senior Stylist to join our dynamic team at Stylemaker & Co' in Berwick, VIC. As a part-time Senior Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional hair and beauty services to our loyal and discerning clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Providing high-quality haircuts, styling, colouring, and treatments to clients

• Advising clients on the latest trends and recommending products and services to meet their individual needs

• Mentoring and training junior stylists to develop their skills and expertise

• Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment in the salon

• Ensuring all salon operations, including inventory management and client bookings, are managed efficiently

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Stylist in a reputable hair and beauty salon

• Exceptional haircutting, colouring, and styling skills, with a keen eye for detail and design

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry

• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively mentor and train junior stylists

• Relevant qualifications in hairdressing or cosmetology
