McMillan Engineering Group incorporated in 1973 seek an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our organisation in Dandenong South.

MEG design & manufacture and repair hydraulic cylinders, precision fabrications, tanks & pressure vessels for both local and export markets. Our website provides a good insight – www.mcmillaneng.com.au                   

Key duties include;

• Operating various Okuma branded CNC's inlcuding Okuma LH55, Okuma LB3000, Okuma Multus U4000.

• Programming CNC's using CAM software.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Relevant trade certificate or 5 years industry experience.

• Previous experience with Okuma CNC's an advantage, however, not essential.

• Programming with SolidCAM highly desirable however training available for the right candidate

• The ability to Measure Parts & components with Precision measuring devices.

• The ability to read & understand Engineers Drawings.
