This hybrid role requires a dynamic leader who can manage a sales team, close their own deals, and deliver an exceptional, "no-fuss" buying experience to customers across the eastern suburbs.

We are offering an opportunity to lead our Sales team in selling a brand with a number of advanced new models already in market covering ICE, BEV & Hybrid. For example, OJ have the Jaecoo J5 BEV Starting at $36990 toppling competitors, the newly introduced J5 petrol models starting from only $25990. A Super Hybrid Range of vehicles. Even more exciting, there are a number of new model releases on the way.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example: Maintain a personal sales target while coaching the team.
Drive team performance: Motivate staff to meet monthly volume sales targets.
Manage showroom floor: Oversee daily operations, customer enquiries, and test drives.
Maximize profitability: Direct deal structuring, trade-in valuations, and aftermarket products.
Maintain stock standards: Manage vehicle inventory across ICE, Hybrid, and EV models.
Optimize CRM workflows: Ensure precise data capture and robust lead follow-up.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Floor Manager.
Active, hands-on writing style—willing to jump into deals and close on the floor.
Strong understanding of digital dealership tools and advanced CRM systems.
Exceptional communication skills and a modern approach to customer relations.
Be familiar and active on all social media applications.
Valid Victorian Driver's License.
