We're looking for a hands-on leader who can drive sales performance, maximise finance and car care penetration, and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

Drive Sales & Profitability

  • Lead sales volume, gross profit, and overall dealership performance

  • Drive finance, insurance, and car care penetration across all vehicle sales

  • Monitor KPIs, lead conversion, and sales processes to maximise opportunities

  • Implement strong lead management and follow-up strategies

  • Identify growth opportunities and continuously improve team performance

Lead & Develop the Sales Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop sales consultants to achieve their full potential

  • Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent

  • Support the team with deal structuring and customer negotiations when required

  • Ensure the showroom operates professionally and efficiently every day

Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Champion a customer-first approach throughout the entire sales journey

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and online review performance

  • Support the team in resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently

  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects the quality and excitement of the Chery brand

Oversee Daily Operations

  • Maintain showroom presentation and brand standards

  • Manage vehicle stock, ageing inventory, and vehicle flow

  • Ensure compliance requirements and dealership processes are completed accurately

  • Work collaboratively with finance, service, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives

About You

  • Previous automotive sales leadership experience is essential

  • Strong understanding of finance, aftercare products, and dealership profitability

  • Proven ability to drive both sales volume and gross performance

  • A hands-on leader who motivates, develops, and supports their team

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills

  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of dealership operations

  • Passion for customer experience, team culture, and achieving results
