Go3PL is a growing third-party logistics provider based in Braeside. We provide warehousing, transport, container handling and distribution services to a diverse range of clients. We are looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / HR Truck Driver to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and can work independently without needing constant supervision.

About the Role

This role combines warehouse operations with local HR truck driving duties. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent operating forklifts and performing warehouse tasks, with the remaining 30% dedicated to local truck deliveries and collections.

This role is not suitable for newly licensed drivers.

Note a practical forklift and truck driving assessment forms part of the interview process.

Duties include:

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers

• Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently

• Local deliveries and collections using our HR truck

• Completing vehicle pre-start checks and paperwork

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

• Assisting with general warehouse and yard operations as required

To Be Considered You MUST Have

• Current HR Licence

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment

• Minimum 2 years' experience driving HR trucks

• Competent ability operating a reach forklift

• Proven experience driving manual/synchromesh gearbox trucks

• Experience loading and unloading tautliners and shipping containers

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Experience with scanning and Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Carton Cloud)

Bonus Points For

• Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment

• Experience with Carton Cloud WMS

• Dangerous Goods awareness

• Container unpacking and pallet racking experience
