What you'll contribute to
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dynamic Assistant to support the General Manager, Quality & Service, in a maximum term position until 15th September 2027.
The Quality and Service Division handles the planning, coordination, and implementation of customer-focused activities. This includes customer support, establishing service operations, training, field product performance and support, warranty management, quality planning, and engineering. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, expand the market, support profitability goals, and strengthen the Toyota brand through optimized experiences, services, and products.
You will oversee the General Manager's office, ensuring they receive optimal support across all aspects of their role. Your responsibilities will include providing divisional support, managing important projects, preparing essential documentation, and coordinating divisional activities on behalf of the General Manager. A natural multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and a broad skill set, you will excel in this role.
This maximum-term position is located at our Altona North office, primarily on-site with some flexibility.
