About Us. 

With over 40 years’ experience, R+R Cabinets is a family owned & operated major player in the manufacture, supply, and installation of joinery for some of Melbourne’s biggest and best builders. With a recently built state of the art manufacturing facility located in Truganina, we are fast becoming the cabinet maker of choice in the detached and multi-residential Victorian building industry. 

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cabinet Maker to join our team in a full-time role within our Maintenance Department.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. The position involves cutting, assembling, and preparing cabinetry components and materials ready for our onsite service techs to complete maintenance and rectification works across a variety of jobs.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Cutting and preparing cabinetry parts and materials

  • Assembling cabinets and maintenance components

  • Reading and interpreting drawings and job paperwork

  • Preparing jobs and hardware for service techs

  • Maintaining quality control and workbench organisation

To be successful:

  • Previous cabinet making / installation experience with matching skills, and or qualifications.

  • Reliable, takes pride in workmanship, and communicates confidently with Company supervisors.

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.

  • Ability to lift up to 30kgs

  • Own hand and power tools to complete works required.

  • Understand and comply with all OHS standards – polices and procedure wise.
