Sales / Area Manager – TriTech Lubricants

We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Area Manager to service the South Eastern Suburbs Region of Melbourne. This is a territory that has a large existing customer base, but has massive potential for growth and needs the right person to expand our business to new markets and industry sectors.
This is an integral position in the business focusing on sales and selling solutions. It is fully supported and includes "all tools of the trade", a competitive base remuneration package, PLUS an attractive bonus structure based on KPI's.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Promote the TriTech Lubricants business, brand and product range out in the field to new and our existing customer base around Inner SE suburbs, Dandenong South, Mornington Peninsula and Pakenham areas.
Visit and maintain existing customer relationships in this well established territory.
Identify and secure new customers through prospecting, business generation activities and cold calling.
Develop and implement strategies to target and engage potential clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business prospects and major clients to secure new accounts, drive growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Networking with industry contacts to secure larger commercial and industrial businesses.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored offerings that meet the specific needs of larger customers.
Analyse performance metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and lead generation activities.
Passionately achieve monthly and annual budgets based on area growth.
Run your areas' general administration, order processing, and customer support.
Attend trade nights, weekend field days and other expo events as required.
The successful applicant must have an established work history/experience in customer sales and service.
A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience is required for this role.
Product knowledge and/or experience in the automotive lubricants industry or allied industries such as solvents or chemicals would be essential, although some Introductory and ongoing product knowledge training will be provided.
This is a Field Based selling and customer-facing role.
