We are a rapidly growing HVAC company based in Melbourne, specialising in residential and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation and mechanical services.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Year Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our team and learn from experienced technicians who take pride in their work.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting a long-term career in a trade that offers strong earning potential, job security and ongoing development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with installation of split systems, ducted air conditioning and refrigeration equipment

• Assisting with servicing and repairs

• Learning refrigeration and electrical fundamentals

• Using hand and power tools safely

• Assisting with ductwork installation and fabrication

• Maintaining a clean and organised worksite

• Working alongside qualified technicians and senior apprentices

• Learning industry best practices and workmanship standards

What We're Looking For

• Genuine interest in air conditioning and refrigeration

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

• Good communication skills

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Driver's licence or reliable transport to and from work

Advantageous But Not Essential

• Previous labouring or trade experience

• Hand tool experience

• Mechanical aptitude

• Pre-apprenticeship qualification
