We are looking for a Spare Parts Assistant & Administrator to join our team. This is a key support role, working closely with our Spare Parts & Consumables Manager to ensure parts are ordered, tracked, and managed with precision.

In this role, you'll be collaborating with technicians, engaging with customers, and communicating directly with suppliers, so strong communication skills and a professional manner are essential.


🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting the Spare Parts & Consumables Manager with ordering, tracking, and managing spare parts and consumables

  • Processing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and liaising with suppliers

  • Communicating with technicians to coordinate parts and job requirements

  • Answering incoming calls and providing professional support to customers

  • Maintaining software systems and ensuring accurate data entry

  • Coordinating deliveries, returns, and stock movements

  • Supporting the team with general admin and logistics tasks as required

  • Clear, confident, and friendly phone manner

  • Solid computer and software skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, inventory systems)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential

  • Logical thinking and the ability to follow structured processes

  • A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Comfortable working with technicians, customers, and suppliers

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency required


🎯 Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in spare parts, warehousing, logistics, or technical environments

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience

  • Familiarity with inventory or ERP software
